You’ll also learn about the Global Coherence Initiative and how you can participate in this science-based project that is studying the effects of human consciousness on our planet. This venture is uniting people worldwide to send heart-focused care and intention to areas of crisis and need in our world.

The Activating Global Heart event will benefit the Global Coherence Initiative and Gateways Books. All speakers will donate their fees to support the Global Coherence Initiative and Gateways. All proceeds from the event, except promotional fees, will be donated to GCI and Gateways to support their dedication to foster positive global change.

The Global Coherence Initiative, www.glcoherence.org, is a relatively new division of the Institute of HeartMath, www.heartmath.org, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, based in Boulder Creek, California. GCI is unique in that it has already brought together many thousands of people from 70 countries to unite in coherence, a highly ordered physical, emotional, mental and spiritual state, to try to prove the hypothesis that the earth’s energetic fields respond to and influence collective human emotional states. To achieve this, GCI is developing the Global Coherence Monitoring System, which measures changes in the earth’s geomagnetic and ionospheric fields. The Global Coherence Initiative also is bringing people together to determine how increasing individual coherence and social coherence impacts social responsibility and social outcomes – using both social science and physical science.
