• Institute of HeartMath^®, Global Coherence Initiative Announce Personal Development Retreat in Mexican Caribbean

  The Institute of HeartMath and its Global Coherence Initiative announce a once-in-a-lifetime training program for Dec. 2012 consisting of meditation, personal and global energetics courses, and plenty of relaxation and recreation in the Riviera Maya region of Mexico. The Heart of Transformation: Activate Your Heart’s Intelligence program will help participants develop their heart intelligence and actualize their role in global peace.

• The IFGT Messenger: "You Can Change Your DNA"

  The Institute for Global Transformation’s monthly newsletter publishes a HeartMath article on how DNA is effected by forces outside of its chemical makeup. The article explains that positive emotions can influence DNA to unwind to a greater extent, yielding positive outcomes for well-being.
