Care Focus: Let’s send our heart focused care and compassion to the people suffering from famine in Somalia and other countries in Africa due to drought and civil war. While radiating compassion and care, let’s create a heart field environment to facilitate relief efforts and see food, water and medical supplies reaching the people in need. Next, send heart-focused care and compassion to other people, issues and areas of the world in need of more light and care, as your heart guides you.
